Wedding and Reception Aboard the Caprice Yacht

Wedding on the Caprice April 14, 2018

This was a picture-perfect Saturday evening for a cruise and of course the reason we were all on board the Caprice- the wedding of two lovely people Marcus and Erica

Marcus and Erica wanted to have a little Island vibe as their guests boarded the Caprice and they got that with a little twist of R&B.  

The ceremony started with the wedding party walking in to “Awaken” by Damien Escobar and our beautiful Bride processioned in to “Why I Love You” by Major as the wedding guests looked on. After the exchange of their vows, the couple exited the area to Sade “Your Love Is King”, appropriate for the new Mr. & Mrs. Marcus King.

Marcus and Erica’s parents were acknowledged along with the bridal party. Our bride and groom made their grand entrance to John Legend “A Good Night”. For their first dance as husband & wife, Marcus and Erica selected John Legend “You and I”

The bride and her dad danced to Baby Face “For The Cool In You” and the groom and his mother danced to Patty LaBelle “Somebody Loves You Baby”

But the best part of the evening was the Bride’s Mother asking me to play Stevie Wonder “Just Called To Say I Love You” who danced her heart away to this beautiful melody.

The party got started with “Cupid Shuffle”. We paused for the cutting of the cake, the bouquet toss, garter removal/toss and it was back to the party. Marcus and Erica, their family and friends danced to some favorites such as “24K”; “Up Town Funk”; “the Wobble “and many more.

Just before the evening was over our bride and her brides maids did a special dance for her Groom with this number by Keke, “Bossy” We ended the evening with “ It’s Like Candy” Cameo.
