The Bride and Groom were surrounded by so much love there was always a tear in everyone's eye's. On the Catalina on a beautiful Sunny Sunday afternoon, Andrew and Randee sealed there love for one another. The songs requested for the ceremony were the traditional songs to include Mendelssohn and a Vivaldi along with Cannon in D.
During cocktail hour, the groom provided me with a jump drive that had his and the brides favorite love songs for me to play so they could share it with all of the guests.
As I lined up the bridal party for the intros along with the parents you can feel the excitement and the love they all shared. As I introduced the bride and groom into the room to Jock Jamz, there was not one person sitting down. All the guests were by the dance floor standing and cheering the bride and groom. During the first dance to "you and Me", by Dave Mathews band was a perfect song as the bride and groom sang to one another. Following was the Father /Daughter dance to I loved her first by Heartland. The brides Mother asked she have a special dance with her daughter to Mama's song by Carrie Underwood. Then the groom danced with his mom to My Wish by the Rascal Flatts. Then relatives did the blessing over the wine and bread and then the food was served. I continued as requested to play song requests the groom provided.
After a slide show by the sisters of the bride, the party rocked til the time we docked. The song requests were all played from Journey, to old time rock and roll to the sounds of the top 40. Line dance such as the cha cha slide and electric slide motivated the guests to dance and party all night.
The party was awesome and everyone always had a tear in there eyes as Marc Evans celebrated and made them the star of the show. DJ/MC Marc Evans
