Wedding and Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

Pamela and Jesse Kaytes celebrated their wedding aboard the Catalina Yacht out of the Double Tree/Galleria One Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 9/22/2019.  As the approximately 100 guests boarded the Catalina they were directed to the top deck for the ceremony.  It was a beautiful late Sunday afternoon as the Catalina traveled along the intercostal waterways for 4 hours.  After the ceremony all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical tunes.  When it was time for the grand entrance and the dances I invited all off the guests to the lower deck.  Pamela and Jesse had their first dance to Love Song by 311 then Pamela danced with her dad to Mi Querido, Mi Viejo, Mi Amigo by Roberto Carlos.  All of the guests found their seats then Melody (maid of honor) and Bennett (best man) gave the toasts before the buffet style dinner was ready.  Pamela did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, alternative, classic rock and 80s and 90s dance tunes.  Great mix of genres for their fun group of guests.  They filled the dance floor quickly after dinner and only took a break for the cake cutting and bouquet (no garter) toss.  As the yacht approached the dock Jesse requested that I play Por Ti Volare from the Step Brothers Soundtrack...that was a first!  

Congrats to Pamela, Jesse and the entire Kaytes and Queiroga families.
