Wedding and Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

On 1/15/2022 I played for Veronica and Ignacio on their wedding day aboard the Catalina Yacht. The ceremony was held at a church before boarding the Catalina with family and friends.  As they boarded the Catalina, they were escorted towards the upper deck where there were cocktails and appetizers for happy hour.  I played some Jazzy/upbeat for their music enjoyment. As the happy hour came to a close, family and friends made their way to the bottom deck for their sit-down dinner. I played some mellow pop of the 2000’s as they ate dinner.  After dinner, the bride and groom danced their first song ‘Amazed by Lonestar”. The bride and groom danced with their parents together at once to “Fruhlingsstimmen op.410-johann Strauss II”. Halfway through the song I invited family and friends to join them.  The bride and groom cut their cake before dinner to get it done so there was more dance time. After the formal dances, the party started with a Hora Loca, salsa, bachata, soca, Brazilian and Argentinian songs.  Everyone danced till we docked at our final destination.  Congradulations to the bride and groom on their wedding day and best wishes for all the years to come together.  I want to thank the whole staff for a great time and attendance to our special guest.
