Wedding and Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

DJ Cristian here on Saturday November 11th, and I'm about to play for Andrew and Leslie's Wedding aboard the Catalina Yacht! The ceremony is about to start and the guests are seated on the second deck. The bridal party walked to Yellow by the Vitamin String Quartet. Leslie chose to enter to Canon in D by the Stuttgard Chamber Orchestra instead of a traditional entrance. Once Andrew and Leslie are pronounced husband and wife they chose to do something humorous for their exit so they had me play Hallelujah by the Royal Choral Society for about 25 seconds and then switch to I Choose You by Sara Barielles. It was pretty funny. Now on to the cocktail hour and some picture taking and after that it's on to the introductions. I got everyone lined up, pumped up and ready to rock! The bridal party entered to Martin Garrix's  Pizza and so did Leslie and Andrew. Andrew and Leslie cut up the dance floor as the bridal party and guests cheered them on. For their first dance, Leslie and Andrew selected Perfect, by Ed Sheeran it was an excellent choice. Leslie danced with her father next to, I Will Always Love You by Leona Lewis and  then Andrew and his mother danced to 93 million miles by Jason Mraz. The dances were very touching and heartfelt. Next up were the toasts, they were quick and congratulatory. Dinner was served followed by the cutting of the cake  to Adam Sandlers Grow Old With You. Almost everyone was singing along, it was hilarious! And now without a moment to spare it was party time! I started the dancing with some songs that Leslie and Andrew had requested on their list and then mixed into some Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton. I  finished out the night with some Pop and EdM with a few requests sprinkled in. It was a lot of fun. The night ended with all the guests holding up sparklers and waving to Leslie and Andrew as they disembarked the Catalina yacht. I had a blast and all the guests were great!
