Wedding and Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht | June-19
Brittany and Anthony Virzi celebrated their wedding aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of the Galleria One/Double Tree Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 6/7/2019. Approximately 60 close friends and family members boarded the Sun Dream that Friday night and prepared for a 4 hour wedding cruise along the inter-coastal water ways. They were all directed to the top deck for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone witnessed a beautiful ceremony and enjoyed drinks and appetizers during the cocktail hour. As all of the guests were invited to the middle deck (where I am set-up), I lined up the 8 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Brittany chose Let's Get Ready To Rumble for the parents intros, Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for the bridal party intros and 24k by Bruno Mars for her and Anthony's intro. The first dance was to Keeper Of The Stars by Tracy Bird then Brittany danced with her dad to Daddy's Little Girl by Aaron Dickson and Anthony danced with his mom to I Hope You Dance by L. Womack. All of the guests were then invited to the lower deck for a buffet style dinner. During dinner Briana (maid of honor) and Chris (best man) gave the toasts then Brittany and Anthony gave a welcoming speech. After dinner everyone came back up to the mid deck for some dancing fun. Brittany did provide me with a short play list but asked me to take requests and to have fun with her guests. I played a mix of top 40, country tunes, classic rock and old school hip-hop. What a great group of guests I played for that evening. They really enjoyed the mix of genres!! As the evening progressed there was a cake cutting ceremony but no garter/bouquet toss. As the Sun Dream approached to dock Brittany requested Don't Stop The Party by Pitbul as the closing song.
