Wedding and Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Donna and Sean Gatto celebrated their wedding aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of the Diplomat Hotel dock in Hallandale Beach, FL on 3/16/2018.  Approximately 80 close friends and family members boarded the Sun Dream and were directed to the top deck for the ceremony.  After the ceremony some of the guests remained on the top deck and some came down to the mid deck where I am set-up for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  All of the guests were invited to the mid deck for the grand entrance and dances.  Donna chose Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars for her and Sean's intros then they danced to Faithfully by Journey for the first dance.  Donna then danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Sean danced with his daughter Piper to It's Raining Tacos...lol.  All of the guests were invited to the lower deck for a buffet style dinner.  During dinner a few of the guests gave toasts and they also had a mini-roast for the happy couple.  After dinner the dance floor on the mid deck opened up and the dance party officially began.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s dance hits and country.  What a great mix of genres for this great group of guests.  They also requested a few of the new group dances as the night progressed.  We did have a cake cutting ceremony and the winner of the anniversary dance won the bouquet.  The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on an amazing Sun Dream Yacht wedding.  Congrats to Donna, Sean and the entire Gatto family.
