What’s up bloggers! DJ Cristian here in West Palm Beach, its Saturday March 9th and I’m at a private residence about to start Francine and Robert’s wedding celebration! Its a beautiful day, the weather is outstanding and just about all of the 130 guests have arrived and taken their seats! The bridal party makes their way down the aisle to Capital Cities, Safe and Sound. Francine chose to make her entrance to Pacha Belle Cannon in D. After a lovely and emotional ceremony Francine and Robert exit to Brad Paisley’s, When followed by the bridal party. Francine and Robert proceed to take photos as the guests make their way to the bar and the cocktail hour begins. For the cocktail hour I play a mixture of contemporary pop hits. Now its time for Francine and Roberts grand entrance. They are introduced to Kenny Chesney and Uncle Cracker’s When the Sun Goes Down. They chose Incase You Didn’t Know by Brett Young and about 30 seconds in they had me invite the guests up for a group dance. As soon as their dance was over a few family members said some words and made toasts after which another family member played guitar and sang an original song for Francine and Robert. It was beautiful and impressive. Now the time has come to serve dinner so I play some soft pop and country hits until it dinner ends and it’s time to party! All right it’s party time! I start off by playing some fun country songs followed by some old school hip hop and a few line dances. It was a blast! I made my way out on the dance floor to assist with the line dancing and it was a lot of fun! So after wearing everyone out (my self included) I had everyone take their seats for the cake cutting. After the cake was cut I got all the single ladies on the dance floor for the bouquet toss and then I got Francine and Robert up for the garter removal. Francine tossed the bouquet to All the Single Ladies by Beyoncé and Robert removed the garter to My Pony by Ginuine. And now the time came for the man that caught the garter to apply it to the young lady that caught the bouquet. It was a lot of fun! After this Robert had instructed me to play softer country and pop for the remainder of the night. I had a great time and it was a pleasure to play for Francine and Robert’s special day. I wish them all the best. God bless, DJ Cristian.
