Wedding and Reception at Abacoa Golf & Country Club

Saturday evening October 23rd at the Abacoa Golf & Country Club in Jupiter is where the reception was held for Michael and Angelica Husted with DJ Marc Evans. The ceremony was to be held outside on the golf course but due to rain it was held inside and as the atmosphere was just as good over looking the gold course. The groom and his mom walked down the aisle to Enya, Only Time followed by the bride and the grooms brother to Jonathan Cains, Bridal march. After the quick ceremony with the pastor as he pronounced them husband and wife, I played Happy Together from The Turtles. Mike and Angelica went outside to take a few pictures in the rain as the sunset was just as beautiful as the bride.

For cocktail hour the music selection was very upbeat for the young group of guests while enjoying good conversation as great food and drinks were passed around from the staff of Abacoa.

As cocktails ended, I lined up the Mother and daughters of the groom along with Angelica and Mike to enter together to I Gotta Feeling as they danced in as guests cheered for the new couple Mike and Angelica.  Angelica and Mike joined together on the dance floor for the first dance as husband and wife to Journeys, When You Love A Woman. Following the first dance the grooms daughter and brother made a toast that was well spoken followed by Pastor Bill to do the prayer before the meal.

During dinner I kept it upbeat until they finished and then we danced to genre of EDM dance music per the groom.

The cake was cut to Sugar by Maroon 5 followed by the bouquet toss to Single Ladies. 

The party concluded with lots of EDM, Hip Hop as well as top 40 dance music as the last dance of the evening was Dirty Dancings, I Had The Time of My Life as the special day came to and end. Michael walked over and thanked me for working with him and Angelica to make it a special day. DJ/MC Marc Evans
