Beverly and Rich Godden celebrated their dream wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 2/20/2020. Approximately 190 close friends and family members arrived to Benvenuto's that Thursday evening and were directed to the courtyard for the ceremony. Bev and Rich sealed their love with a big kiss then everyone was invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers. Myself and Chris took the time to decorate the ballroom with our (LED) DJ front board and our signature "Mirror Me" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 28 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Bev chose Temperature by Sean Paul for the parents and grand parents intros, Gyal You A Party Animal for all of the brides maids and the Chicago Bulls starting line up song for the grooms men. They entered to Overdue by Erphann Alves then they went right into their first dance which was Let's Get Closer by Atlantic Star. Bev then danced with her dad to a music medley that she created then Rich danced with his mom to Dear Mama by A. Hamilton. All of the guests found their seats then before the first of a 4 course meal was served Arlette Joseph gave the blessing of the meals. The toasts were given during dinner by Chantelle (maid of honor), Lindsey (matron of honor) and Gerard (best man). After dinner the dance floor was the place to be!! Bev provided me with a play list that included soca, reggae, kompa, top 40 and reggaeton. Perfect mix of genres for this amazing group of guests. They brought their flags to the dance floor and waved them proudly as they danced the night away. As the evening progressed we did have the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss along with a few couples songs. As I played the last song for the evening I had everyone gather at the entrance for a big sparkler send-off...PRICELESS!! Congrats to Beverly, Rich and the entire Godden, Camille and Balfour families.
Special thanks to the staff at Benvenuto's for providing 5 star service as always!!
