Wedding and Reception at Benvenutos

Rosy and Chris Joaquin celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 12/21/2021.  Approximately 30 close friends and family members arrived to the venue and were directed to an in-door ceremony.  After the happy couple tied the knot all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizer.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and Rosy and Chris posed for pictures.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Rosy chose Celebration by Kool and the Gang for the bridal party intro and for her and Chris' also.  The first dance was to Tenerife Sea by Ed Sheeran (no parents dances) then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  During dinner Chris' brother Eugenio gave the speech and toast and we also had a 15 minute video of a few family members sending their love.  The dance floor opened up a bit after dinner as I played a mix of top 40, pop, country and EDM.  They did have a cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) along with some of the group dances.  The closing song for the evening was Don't Stop Believing by Journey and that put a bow on a nice Tuesday night wedding.
