Wedding and Reception at Benvenutos

Congratulations to Cora and Alex who celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto’s in Boynton Beach, FL on 4/2/2022. The ceremony took place in the outside garden. There were approximately 50 friends and family members that attended this special occasion.  As the ceremony ended,  friends and family were invited to cocktail hour. I played a mixture of classic rock songs  while everyone was socializing and enjoying drinks and appetizers. While the cocktail hour came to an end, the guests were invited into the reception room. The bridal party was introduced to “Hold On” by Wilson Phillips. Cora and Alex were introduced to “Say You’ll Be There” by the Spice Girls.  Their first dance was to “Be Around” by Prof.  After their dance, Cora and her father danced to “Just the Way You Are” by Billy Joel. Then Alex danced with his mother to “When I’m 64” by the Beatles.  The toasts and speeches were given by father of the bride, father of the groom, best man, and maid of honor. As the 3 course meal was being served, I played instrumental  music by Cora's request.  The cake cutting followed after dinner, then just the bouquet toss. Then the dancing started while I played songs from their playlist and added some others within the same genre. The closing song for the day was “So Long and Thanks ” by Hillary Summers.
