Wedding and Reception at Benvenutos

Catie and Ryan Richardson celebrated their wedding at Benvenuto's of Boynton Beach, FL on 8/5/2023.  This amazing wedding began with an indoor ceremony where approximately 130 guests witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.  They were all then invited to the big bar for the cocktail hour.  All of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of smooth jazz favorites.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20, amber, LED, wireless uplights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up the 26 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Catie chose Danza Kuduro by Don Omar for the bridal party intros and Sirius by Toners for her and Ryan's intro.  The first dance was to From The Group Up by Dan + Shay then Catie danced with her dad to My Wish by Rascal Flatts and Ryan danced with his mom to Humble and Kind by Tim McGraw.  The toasts were given by Zach (BM) and Diane (MOH) then Catie's dad Mr. Steffen gave the welcoming speech.  Joe Benoit gave the blessing of the meals then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Katie provided me with a great play list that included top 40, classic rock, country and 80s and 90s hits.  Perfect mix of genres for this very upbeat/dancing group of guests.  They filled the dance floor after dinner and only took a break for the cake cutting ceremony (no garter/bouquet toss).  As the evening progressed we had an anniversary dance and I took requests for the popular group dances.  The closing song for the evening was Shut Up and Dance With Me by Walk The Moon as the remaining guests gathered in the courtyard for a sparkler send-off.

Congrats to Catie, Ryan and the entire Richardson and Steffen families.
