Wedding and Reception at Briza on the Bay

Christine and Stephon Martin celebrated their wedding at Briza on the Bay in Miami, FL on 4/23/2022.  Approximately 130 close friends and family members arrived to the venue that Saturday afternoon to witness the happy couple tie the knot.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the dock side cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I took the time to set up our "Sparktacular Cold Sparks" and our "Cumulus Cloud" effects all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 22 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Stephon chose Happy by Pharrell for the bridal party intros and Finesse by Cardi B for his and Christine's intro.  The first dance was to Sure Thing by Miguel then Christine danced with her dad to When You Need Me by Bruce Springsteen and Stephon danced with his mom to A Song For Mama by Boyz II Men.  The toasts were given by Jessica (maid of honor) and Kendrick (best man) and the reception was in full swing.  Stephon did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin hits, classic r&B and Hip-Hop.  As you can imagine the dance floor got packed after dinner and they only took a break for the cake cutting ceremony.  As the evening came to a close I played Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on a great Saturday night Miami wedding.
