Wedding and Reception at Deer Creek Country Club

Margie and Jonathan Perez-Abudeye celebrated their dream wedding at the Deer Creek C.C. on 11/17/2019.  As all of the approximate 80 guests arrived to the club they were directed to the outdoor trellis for the ceremony.  Everyone witnessed the happy couple tie the knot then they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Margie chose Fireball by Pitbul for the bridal party intros and Casate Conmigo by Silvestre for her and Jonathan's intro. The first dance was to From The Ground Up by Dan + Shay then Margie danced with her dad to Tu Sangre En Mi Cuerpo by Angela Aguliar and Jonathan danced with his mom to Amor De Madre by Victor Manuelle.  Everyone found their seats then both sets of parents gave the welcoming speeches along with Aura (maid of honor) who gave the toast.  The first of a 3 course meal was served and the reception was under way.  Margie did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, country and classic rock.  Great mix of genres for this group of fun guests.  The dancing continued all night until it was time for the garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting ceremony.  Towards the end of the evening we handed out hats, glasses, whistles, etc. for the Hora Loca.  What an amazing Sunday night wedding!!

The closing song for the evening was Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack as all of the remaining guests gathered outside for a glow-stick send-off!!
