Wedding and Reception at Deer Creek Country Club
Alyssa and Robert Coates celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 12/1/2019. This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony in front of the waterfall. Approximately 100 guests witnessed the happy couple make it official with a big kiss then they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers. Chris and myself took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram (with their names) and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 18 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Alyssa chose Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for the bridal party intros and It Takes Two by Rob Base for her and Robert's intro. The first dance was to Can't Help Falling In Love by Elvis then Alyssa danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Heartland and Robert danced with his step-mom to Simple Man by Synyrd and with his mom to The Wonder Of You by Elvis. The prayer before the meal was given by Uncle Bill then Sarah (maid of honor) and Jesse (best man) gave the toasts. Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 4 station/buffet style dinner. Alyssa did not provide me with a play list but asked me to play to her guests and to have fun. Well shortly after dinner the dance floor opened up and the dancing fun began. I played a mix of top 40, country, oldies, classic rock and 2000s hip-hop. Great mix of genres for this fun/energetic group of guests. I did take requests for a few couples dances and for some booty music!! The cake cutting and garter/bouquet toss were performed as the evening progressed and I noticed that the photo booth was very busy all night. The closing song for the evening was I'm A Believer by Smashmouth and that put a bow on an amazing Sunday night wedding.
