Liz and Jason Clohosey celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club. in Deerfield Beach, FL on 10/20/2017. The ceremony took place at the trellis next to the waterfall. Approximately 130 guests arrived at the CC and witnessed a beautiful outdoor ceremony where the happy couple tied the knot. After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour where they enjoyed drinks and appetizers. They also enjoyed the smooth jazz sounds of our very own Stuey Blue on the saxophone. I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 Amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Liz chose Starships by Nicki Minaj for the bridal party intros and The Star Wars Theme for her and Jason's intro. The first dance was to Like I'm Gonna Lose You by M. Trainor and J. Legend then Liz danced with her dad to Daddy's Little Girl by The Shires and Jason danced with his mom to A Mother's Love by Jim Brickman. The toasts were given by Debbie (matron of honor) and Ryan (best man) then both dads gave the welcoming speeches. Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 4 station/buffet meal and the reception was in full swing. Liz did provide me with a small play list and asked me to play to her guests and to have a great time. This was an easy task especially for this high energy/fun group. I played a mix of top 40,classic rock, hip-hop, r&b and country. There was no garter/bouquet toss but there was a cake cutting ceremony and an anniversary dance as the night progressed. The closing song for the evening was Home by Edwin Sharpe and that put a bow on a fantastic Friday night wedding. Congrats to Liz, Jason and the entire Clohosey and Desiderio families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Deer Creek CC...like we always say our home away from home!!!
