Wedding and Reception at Deer Creek Country Club

Alexis & Nate Ackerman celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 1/22/2022.  This great wedding began with an outdoor ceremony in front of the trellis where approximately 100 close friends and family members witness the happy couple tie the knot.  The cocktail hour also took place outdoors. I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I also decorated the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 20 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Alexis chose Let's Get It Started by The Black Eyed Peas for the bridal party intros and Forever by Chris Brown for her and Nate's intro.  The first dance was to Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding then Alexis danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Heartland and Nate danced with his mom to What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong. The toasts were given by Brooke and Kylie (maids of honor) and Hoxie and Andrew (best men) then Mr. Uber (father of the bride) gave the welcoming speech.  The first of a 3 course meal was ready to be served and the reception was in full swing.  Alexis did provide me a play list that included top 40, country, latin favorites and classic rock.  Perfect mix of genres for this very excited group of guests.  After dinner the dance floor opened up and the dancing began.  They really filled up the dance floor and only took a break for the cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter).  The closing song for the evening was Don't Stop Believing by Journey and everyone gathered on the dance floor for one last time with Alexis and Nate.  Congrats to Alexis and Nate and the entire Ackerman and Uber families.
