Wedding and Reception at Deer Creek Country Club

Jessica and Michael Mardner celebrated their wedding at the Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, FL on 5/21/2022.  This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony in front of the waterfall.  Approximately 100 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot then they were all invited to the cocktail hour in the Biscayne room.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 14 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Jessica chose The UF Orange & Blue Fight Song for the bridal party intros and The UF Gator Chomp for her and Michael's intro.  The first dance was to Summer Bird by The National Parks then Jessica danced with her dad to Tusk by Fleetwood Mac and Michael danced with his mom to Child Of Mine by Carole King.  The toasts were given by Matt (best man), Eric (groomsman) and Natalie (maid of honor) then Jessica's parents gave the welcoming speech.  The blessing of the meals was given by Michael's parents then everyone prepared for a 3 course meal.  Jessica did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country and 80s and 90s dance hits. Perfect mix of genres for this very fun/energetic group of guests.  After dinner the dance floor opened up and they danced non-stop for the rest of the evening.  The cake cutting and bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed and I also took a few requests for some of the newer group dances.  The closing song for the evening was Don't Stop Me Now by Queen and that put a bow on a great Saturday night Deer Creek wedding.
