Wedding and Reception at Jacaranda Country Club

Christina & David Morris celebrated their wedding at the Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, FL on 11/4/2022.  As the approximate 100 guests arrived to the club they were directed to the in-door ceremony.   Christina took the weather completely out of the equation for her big day.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the clubhouse bar for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 11 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Christina chose Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen for the bridal party intros and I'm A Believer by The Monkees for her and David's intro.  The first dance was to I Am Yours by Andy Grammer then Christina danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Lonestar and David danced with his mom to A Song For Momma by Boyz II Men.  The toasts were given by Bethany (maid of honor) and Joey (best man) then everyone prepared for a station/buffet style dinner.  Christina did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic hip-hop and r&b, disco and oldies.  Perfect mix of genres for this amazing group of guests.  The dance floor filled up after dinner and the dance party continued all night.  We did perform the cake cutting ceremony and the bouquet toss (no garter) as the evening progressed but the energy was definitely contagious.  Christina chose Last Dance by Donna Summer and New York, New York by Frank Sinatra as the closing songs...PRICELESS!!!
