Wedding and Reception at Jungle Island

Lauren and Martin Gagne celebrated their wedding at Jungle Island in Miami, FL on 4/17/2021.  This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony where approximately 110 guests witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.  The cocktail hour was also held outdoors and as I played a few tropical tunes everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  We also decorated the ballroom with 20 blue and fusia, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, an "Open Air" photo booth and bistro lighting all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Lauren chose Miami by Will Smith for the bridal party intros and Touch The Sky by Kanye West for her and Martin's intro.  The first dance was to Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You by Lauren Hill then Lauren danced with her dad to Cinderella by S.C. Chapman and Martin danced with his mom to Forever Young by Rod Stewart.  The toasts were given by Brooke (maid of honor) and Osazee (best man) then Lauren's dad gave the blessing of the meals.  Lauren did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock, R&B and 80s and 90s dance hits.  Perfect mix of genres for this very energetic/fun group of guests.  As the evening progressed we did have the cake cutting ceremony and the bouquet toss (no garter).  Lauren also asked me to play Hero by Mariah Carrie for all of the heath care workers that were present.  The closing song for the evening was A Sky Full Of Stars by Coldplay and that put a bow on a great Saturday night wedding.
