Wedding and Reception at Lightner Museum / Saint Augustine

Brianna and Andy Jones celebrated their dream wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine, FL on 6/29/2019.  This amazing wedding began with a beautiful in-door ceremony where approximately 240 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot and seal their love with a big kiss.  The cocktail hour followed immediately after the ceremony.  I played a mix of classic r&b tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.   As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 24 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Brianna chose 24k by Bruno Mars for the parents, flower girl and ring security intros, Drip by Cardi B for the bridal party intros and Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for her and Andy's intro.  The first dance was to Perfect by Ed Sheeran and Beyonce then Brianna danced with her dad to Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion and Andy danced with his mom to You Raise Me Us by J. Groban.  The toasts were given by Marina (maid of honor) and David (best man) then Andy's dad Pastor Jones gave the blessing before the meals.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner.  Brianna did provide me a play list that included top 40, hip-hop, r&b, latin favorites and group dances.  For me this was the wedding of the year.  My daughter Alexis was one of the bridesmaids and I have known Brianna and her family for over 15 years since we moved from NY.  The electricity in the ballroom was out of control!  The dance floor filled up quickly and they partied hard all night.  We did take a break for the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss as the evening progressed but I was amazed on how it seamed like all 240 guests were dancing at one time.  As all of the guests gathered at the front of the museum for a sparkler send-off, Brianna and Andy had a private last dance.  They had the dance floor all to themselves as they danced to If I Ain't Got You by Alicia Keys...PRICELESS!!

Congrats to Brianna, Andy and the entire Jones and Audet families.

Looks like we will be heading to Detroit this coming football season.  Andy is a wide receiver for the Lions and they play my Giants on 10/27 (OH BOY).  Best of luck to Andy on his career!!
