On Saturday, May 29th I was at Marando Farms in Davie, FL for the wedding ceremony and reception of Jason and Terry. The ceremony took place at 6:15pm inside of a beautiful open barn decorated with white ceiling drapes, just as the sun was setting. The groom along with his groomsmen and the bridal party walked to the altar to Through the Years by Kenny Rogers, followed by the bride who walked down the aisle to A Million Dreams from the Greatest Showman Soundtrack. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Roe celebrated to the Wedding March by Terri Geisel while the guests cheered. The ceremony area was converted to a large area where the reception was held, including a large dining and dance area for the guests to enjoy. When it was time for introductions I invited the bridal party to stand in a large circle as we all welcomed Jason and Terry to Ain’t No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Stuck On You by Lionel Richie. During dinner, I played a some classic jazz while the guests enjoyed their meal and the rest of the night was a party with a mix of pop, country, and party favorites for all the guests to dance to. Thank you Jason and Terry for allowing me to be a part of your special day. It was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. - DJ ELOW
