Saturday evening, October 29th at The Parkland Country Club is where the wedding celebration for Jacob and Morgan Apfel was held as DJ Marc Evans of Eddie B & Company helped to create a very special day for the happy couple.
The ceremony was held outside on the green as the bridal party walked down the aisle to Stand By Me by The Pianos Cover Club, Here Comes The Sun by Fred Benedetti. Morgan with her dad Ron walked down the aisle to Texas Sun by The Guitar Dreamers. Once the Rabbi had Jacob break the glass she introduced the bride and groom as Mr. and Mrs Jacob and Morgan Apfel, as I played the recessional song, Signed, Sealed, Delivered by Stevie Wonder.
The Cocktail hour was on the back terrace over looking the golf course as the cocktail genre was Reggae and Steel drum music.
The ballroom was opened and highlighted in Amber LED up lighting and dance floor lights provided by Eddie B & Company. The guests entered as I prepared the bridal party for their entrance. The parents entered into the room to Bob Segar's, Old Time Rock & Roll. The Groomsmen entered to Roc Boys by Jay Z. The Bridesmaids entered into the room to Best Friend by Doja Cat. Jacob and Morgan danced into the room to Kodak Black by ZeZe, as the LED Dance Floor Lights created a great special effect. Jacob and Morgan's first dance was Lover by Taylor Swift. I then had all the guests join them on the dance floor.
The Mother Son dance was to Forever Young then the Father Daughter dance was to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw.
Guests were asked to be seated as the first course, the toasts and main course were all done back to back to create more dancing.
Once dinner was over the guests danced for the remainder of the evening to Hip Hop, disco for the parents and there friends. Old Time Rock and Roll such as Shout and Rock around the Clock got all the guests to join on the floor dancing.
As It Was by Harry Styles was the closing song chosen as the evening had come to a close. Another great night with awesome memories with DJ Marc Evans.
