Saturday evening, November 3rd at The Parkland Country Club is where the wedding celebration for Andrew and Chelsea Klein was held as DJ Marc Evans of Eddie B & Company helped to create a very special day for the happy couple.
The evening began with Cocktail hour on the back terrace over looking the golf course as the cocktail genre was swing music to include Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Billy Joel and many soft Jazzy style music.
The ballroom was opened and highlighted in Royal Blue LED up lighting and a GOBO with included Andrew and Chelsea's name lit up on the dance floor provided by Eddie B & Company. The guests entered as I prepared the bridal party for their entrance. The parents, grand parents and the bridal party entered into the main dancing to Chris Brown's, Forever. Chelsea and Andrew danced into the room to Dear Future Husband by Meghan Trainer as the LED Dance Floor Lights created a great special effect. Chelsea and Andrew then proceeded to begin their first dance to Thomas Rhett, Die A Happy Man as they danced on the Cumilus Cloud which covered the dance floor.
The Mothers of both Chelsea and Andrew joined them on the dance floor as they shared a song by Leanne Womack, I Hope You Dance. Then the father of the groom danced with Chelsea to Dance with My Father by Luther Vandross in honor of her father who recently passed away.
Guests were asked to be seated as the first course, the toasts and main course were all done back to back to create more dancing. While guests were eating one course and waiting for another and throughout the whole evening, they were able to enjoy the Mirror Photo Booth with included props and a book for the guests to sign and then we provided the album to Chelsea and Andrew. Guests were able to write on the pictures via the Mirror Photo Booth.
Once dinner was over the guests danced for the remainder of the evening to Hip Hop and lots of disco for the parents and there friends. Old Time Rock and Roll such as Shout and Rock around the Clock got all the guests to join as one on the floor dancing. New York, New York and Time of Your Life were two of the closing songs chosen as the evening had come to a close. Another great night with awesome memories with DJ Marc Evans.
