Jessica and Stephen McMurray celebrated their dream wedding at the Parkland Country Club in Parkland, FL on 11/20/2020. Approximately 75 close friends and family members arrived to the country club that Friday afternoon and were directed to the outdoor ceremony. After the happy couple tied the knot everyone made their way to the cocktail hour to enjoy drinks and appetizers. During the cocktail hour myself and Cecilia decorated the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram (with their names and wedding date) and our signature Mobi Photo Booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 15 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Jessica chose Fire't Up by Brantley Gilbert for the bridal party intros and My Kinda Party by Jason Aldean for her and Stephen's intro. The first dance was to Forever After All by Luke Combs then Jessica danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Stephen danced with his mom to Don't Blink by Kenny Chesney. Everyone found their seats then Jessica and Stephen's dads gave the welcoming speeches and Andres (best man) and Michelle (maid of honor) gave 2 very special toasts. The first of a 3 course meal was severed and the reception was under way. Stephen did not provide me with a play list but he did ask me to take requests and to have fun with his family and friends. After dinner the dance floor filled up very quickly. I played a mix of top 40, latin classics, country and 80s and 90s dance hits. Needless to say they enjoyed that mix and even requested some group dances. There was no garter/bouquet toss but they did take the time to cut their beautiful wedding cake. Before everyone gathered outside for the sparkler send-off I played Firework by Katy Perry and that put a bow on a great Friday night Parkland wedding. Congrats to Jessica, Stephen and the entire McMurray, Gerra and Gonzalez families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Parkland C.C. for always providing excellent service.
