On Friday, September 3rd I was in Parkland at the Parkland Golf and Country Club for the wedding ceremony and reception of Brian and Leti. The ceremony took place shortly after 5pm on a beautiful lawn with a fountain backdrop and a live violinist. The reception was held in the Seraphino room with a rustic feel, surrounded by windows and brought to life by lavender LED up lighting from Eddie B & Company. On the brick wall, I projected a lovely monogram with names of the bride and groom. When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand as we welcomed Mrs and Mrs. Chung to Let’s Get it Started by Black Eyed Peas. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to A Thousand Years part 2 by Christina Perri and Steve Kazee. During dinner, I played reggae while the guests enjoyed their meal. After dinner, we kicked the party off with a very entertaining bouquet toss by Leti, who tossed her bouquet to a group of single ladies as I played Haven’t Met You Yet by Michael Buble. The rest of the night was a party with an eclectic mix of pop, dancehall, soca, and other party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave. Thank you Brian and Letil for allowing me to be a part of your special day. You were an awesome crowd and it was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. Best of luck to you - DJ ELOW
