Wedding and Reception at Parkland Golf & Country Club

Maria and Shane Clements celebrated their wedding at the Parkland Golf and Country Club in Parkland, FL on 4/15/2022.  This fun wedding began with an outdoor ceremony over-looking the golf course.  Approximately 80 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot then they were all invited to the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  They also posed for pictures with Maria and Shane then they were all invited to the ballroom for the reception and the grand entrance.  Maria chose Level by Avicii for the bridal party intros and Marry You by Bruno Mars for her and Shane's intro.  The first dance was to Le Vie En Rose by Michael Buble then Shane danced with his mom to What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.  The toasts were given by Jordan (best man), Claudia (maid of honor) and John (bride's brother) then everyone prepared for a 3 course meal.  Maria did provide me with a small list of her favorites tunes and she also asked me to take requests and to have fun with her guests.  After dinner the dance floor opened up and they danced non-stop for the remainder of the evening. There was no garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting was performed towards the end of the evening.  I played top 40, latin classics, 2000's hip-hop and a few of the newer group dances.  The closing song for the evening was We Are Family by Sister Sledge and that put a bow on a nice Friday night wedding.

Congrats to Maria, Shane and the entire Clements and Soto family.
