Wedding and Reception at Royal Fiesta Apr-2015

Stephanie and Justin Latchford celebrated their wedding at Royal Fiesta Catering in Deerfield Beach, FL on 3/28/2015.  Another big wedding at Royal Fiesta with approximately 130 close friends and family members!  As all of the guests arrived at the venue they were directed to stay on the first floor for the ceremony.  The highlight of the ceremony was the flower girl…Stephanie's grandmother Shirley Sherman also known as Grammy….PRICELESS!!  That was also the location for the cocktail hour were everyone enjoyed drinks, appetizers and a mix of tropical tunes.  Before the guests moved to the second floor for the reception, myself and Frankie decorated the ballroom with 24 lt. blue colored, LED, wireless, up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram on the dance floor and our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests made their way to the second floor I lined up the 25 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Stephanie chose Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO for the bridal party entrance and she wanted to enter to her first dance song which was Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran with Justin.  After the first dance, Lauren danced with her dad to Father and Daughter by Paul Simon then Justin danced with his mom to You Are The Sunshine Of My Life by Stevie Wonder.  The toasts were given by Kristen (maid of honor) and Dr. Scott (best man), then Stephanie's mom and dad gave the welcoming speeches.  The first of a three course meal was being served and the reception was under way.  Stephanie did not provide me with a play but instead a do not play list.  She basically left all of the music selections up to me.   I played a mix of top 40, country, 80's and 90's dance hits, disco and r&b.  The mix of genres was a hit for this crowd.  They danced to everything that evening especially the group dances!  As the night progressed we did have a cake cutting and a garter/bouquet toss in between sets.  Towards the end, everyone gathered on the dance floor for the closing song which was Marry You by Bruno Mars.  Congrats to Stephanie, Justin and the entire Latchford, Horning, Alterman and Sherman families.  Special thanks to the staff at Royal Fiesta for another successful all around wedding!!!
