James and Tami Tumbarello were married on 2/11/2012 at Royal Fiesta Catering in Deerfield Beach FL. The ceremony took place indoors as approximately 45 friends and family witnessed a very funny exchange of vows by the officiant which is also James tattoo artist. The guests were then treated to cocktail hour with appetizers, drinks and a mix of tropical and smooth jazz music. James and Tami requested Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO for the grand entrance. Their bridal party was only James' parents and the maid of honor and best man. As they entered James and Tami went right into their first dance which was When You Got A Good Thing by Lady Antebellum. Tami requested that James' dad dance the father/daughter dance with her to You Can Let Go Now Daddy by Crystal Shawanda in memory of her father who passed away a few months ago. It was a very touching moment. James then danced with his mom to What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. The toasts were given then the salads were served. The guests enjoyed a buffet style dinner as they listened to a mix of oldies and classic rock. James and Tami did not provide me with a song list because they wanted me to play whatever the guests wanted. I took a few requests and mixed in top 40, oldies and dance classics. James and Tami did take a moment to cut the cake and perform the garter/bouquet toss which was also very funny. The anniversary dance was won by James' parents who are married now for 41 years. Since most of the guests were from NY and James is a huge Yankees and Giants fan, the last song for the evening was New York, New York by Frank Sinatra. The highlight of the evening was when James had to remove the garter from Tami's leg and he ended up pulling out a pink stuffed monkey from under her dress....don't ask!!!!! Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. James and Tami Tumbarello!!! For their honeymoon they are going to catch a Yankee game. GO YANKEES!!! DJ Ray
