Wedding and Reception at the Addison

Catherine and Michael Smith celebrated their dream wedding at the Addison of Boca Raton, FL on 1/10/2019.  The ceremony and cocktail hour took place in the courtyard where approximately 100 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.  The cocktail hour music was provided by our very own Brian Henry on the steel drums.  I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Catherine chose This Is How We Do It by M. Jordan for the bridal party intros and Now That We Found Love by Heavy D for her and Michael's intro.  The first dance was to In A Serious Way by Mishka then Catherine danced with her dad to Yo Primero La Ame by Martin Tremolada and with her step-father to I Loved Her First by Heartland then Michael danced with his mom to Simple Man by Lynryd Skynyrd.  The toasts were given by Alexandra (maid of honor) and Chris (best man) then Catherine's mom and dad gave the blessing of the meals.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course dinner.  Catherine did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, 80s and 90s dance hits and funk.  Great mix of genres for this group of fun/energetic guests.  As the evening progressed the happy couple performed the cake cutting ceremony along with the garter/bouquet toss.  What great evening had by all!!  The closing song for the evening was Tu Sonrisa by Elvis Crespo and that put a bow on an amazing Thursday night Addison wedding.  Congrats to Catherine, Michael and the entire Smith, Minera and Rodriguez families.
