Wedding and Reception at the Addison

Nicole and Shawn Allen celebrated their wedding at the Addison of Boca Raton, FL on 10/9/2020.  Approximately 90 guests arrived to the Addison and were directed to the outdoor ceremony between the 2 banyan trees.  After a perfect ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour to enjoy drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical tunes.  I also decorated the ballroom with 24 fusia, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our LOVE DJ booth all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 17 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Nicole chose Time Of Our Lives by Pitbull for the bridal party intros and Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for her and Shawn's intro.  The first dance was to Nobody But You by B. Shelton and G. Stefani then Nicole danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by B. Carlisle and Shawn danced with his mom to A Song For Mamma by Boyz II Men.  All of the guests found their seats then Ashley (maid of honor) and Zack (best man) gave 2 unforgettable toasts.  The first of a 3 course meal was served and the reception was in full swing.  Nicole did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock, country and Motown.  After dinner the dance floor filled up very quickly.  What a fun group of guests I partied with that Friday night.  I did take some requests for latin classics and reggaeton.  As the night progressed we did have a garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting ceremony.  The closing song for the evening was That's What Friends Are For by Dionne Warwick as all of the remaining guests gathered outside for a sparkler send-off.
