Wedding and Reception at the Audubon House / Key West

On Saturday October 7th I had the pleasure to play for Greg and Meghan’s wedding at The Audubon House in Key West. 50 close friends and family members joined them for their special day. Ceremony took place in front of main house under the stars, Meghan walked down the aisle to “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwoʻole, once pronounced the new Mr. & Mrs. Buckman they walked out to “Better Together” by Jack Johnson. During cocktail I played a mix of upbeat tropical songs. Once I invited guests to the dining area I introduced the new Mr. & Mrs. Buckman, a very low key intro. The toast was given by Meghan's father. During dinner I played a mix of jazz with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Michael Buble and many more. Once dinner concluded I invited all guests to make their way to the dance area of the evening where the first dance took place to “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. Meghan and her father danced to “My Girl” By Temptations, Greg danced with his mom to “Days Like This” by Van Morrison. Dance floor was opened to “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang from there on I mixed top 40’s, old school hip-hop, 80’s and swing. Last song of the evening was to “Don’t Stop Believin” by Journey
