Wedding and Reception at the "B" Ocean

Tara and Joey Recotta celebrated their wedding at the B Ocean Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 7/13/2018.  The beach ceremony was witnessed by approximately 60 close friends and family members then everyone was invited to the 2nd floor for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  Myself and Chris took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Tara chose Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now by Starship as the entrance song for the bridal party and for her and Joey.  The first dance was to Simply The Best by Noah Reid then Tara danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Joey danced with his mom to You Are The Sunshine Of My Life by Stevie Wonder.  There were no toasts given so everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Tara provided me with a small play list and she asked me to play to her guests and to have fun.  After dinner the dance floor filled up very quickly.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, Motown and 80s and 90s hits.  What a fun group of guests I had that evening.  They danced the night away and only took a break for the garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting.  The closing song for the evening was Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble as everyone gather on the dance floor for a huge send-off.  Congrats to Tara, Joey and the entire Recotta, Agnelly and Bass families.
