Tricia and Ian Hendren celebrated their dream wedding at Bahia Mar in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 12/29/2017. This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony at the garden and continued with a cocktail hour on the dock by the intercostal. I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 cyon colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Tricia chose Time Of Our Lives by Pitbull for the bridal party intros and Say Hey by M. Franti for her and Ian's intro. The first dance was to I Cross My Heart by George Strait then Tricia danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Ian danced with his mom to The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face by R. Flack. The toasts were given by Jenn and Brittney (maids of honor) and Peter (best man) then Tricia's dad Mr. Maldonado gave the welcoming speech and a blessing of the meals. Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal and the reception was under way. Tricia did provide me with a play list that included top 40, 90s and 2000s dance hits and country. Perfect mix of genres for this fun/energetic group of guests. As the night progressed I took a special request for the song Endless Love by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross which was a dedication from the happy couple to Franny and John Watkins who were celebrating their 55 year of marriage. Nice touch by Tricia and Ian. There was no garter/bouquet toss but they did have a cake cutting ceremony. The closing song for the evening was You Are The Best Thing by Ray Lamontagne and that put a bow on a perfect wedding!! Congrats to Tricia, Ian and the entire Hendren and Maldonado families.
Special thanks to the staff at Bahia Mar for their great service...as always!!
