On Saturday, September 18th I was in Ft. Lauderdale at the Bahia Mar Hotel for the wedding ceremony and reception of Devero and Chelsea. The ceremony took place shortly after 5:30pm in a beautiful garden just a few feet from the intercoastal waterway. The reception was held in a lovely ballroom with a white linens and floral centerpieces, overlooking Fort Lauderdale beach. When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand as we welcomed Mrs and Mrs. Smith to Unconditional Love by Jah Cure. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Strangers in the Night by Glen Washington. During dinner, I played reggae while the guests enjoyed their meal. After dinner, we kicked the party off with a very entertaining bouquet toss by Chelsea, who tossed her bouquet to a group of single ladies as I played Move by Ludacris. The rest of the night was a party with an eclectic mix of pop, dancehall, soca, and other party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave. Thank you Dev and Chelsea for allowing me to be a part of your special day. You were an awesome crowd and it was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. Best of luck to you - DJ ELOW
