On Saturday November 2nd, 2013 I had the pleasure of playing at The Bath Club for Michelle & Oscar Hernandez and 75 friends and family members. WOW!!!! what an awesome banquet facility! The staff was unbelievable and so helpful from the time I pulled up in the drive way, until I drove away 7 hours later. The evening started outside on the terrace that was decorated like a French patio with lanterns, furniture, and a accordion player playing French music! I provided the tunes for the ceremony. The bridal party walked to an instrumental version of "November Rain" by Guns N Roses. Michelle walked to "In A Little While' by U2, and for the recessional it was "Come To Me" by the Goo Goo Dolls. During the cocktail hour the accordion player continue outside, while I played a mix of light house music inside. I introduced the bridal party to "Get Your Freak On" by Missy Elliott, and Michelle & Oscar made their grand entrance to "Hello" by Martin Solveig. This place was ROCKIN!!!!!!! The first dance was Cuando Viejas" by Roberto Torres. The party was in 3 different areas and guests even enjoyed a few pool tables in one lounge area. Tis was not a sit down at your table type of wedding reception. Furniture and lighting were brought in for atmosphere, and the food was First Class! I was able to play 80's retro Alternative, Top 40 Club, Old Skool, Salsa & merengue. The energy was great and they dance for almost 3 hours. This is one I won't forget soon.....Thank you Michelle & Oscar....I felt like a guest at your special event1 DKJ/MC Eddie B!
