Lyndsey and Beau McMillan celebrated their dream wedding at the beautiful Boca Resort in Boca Raton FL on 6/23/2012. The ceremony was held in the Cathedral Room with decorations by Daniel Events. Lyndsey requested traditional ceremony music for the prelude, processional and recessional. All 100 guests witnessed a beautiful ceremony and then were directed to the atrium for cocktail hour with live steel drum music by Brian Henry (provided by Eddie B & Co.). The drinks and appetizers were flowing as Lyndsey and Beau posed for pictures with immediate family and friends. After the cocktail hour all of the guests were asked to re-enter the Cathedral Room which was converted to the grand ballroom while the cocktail hour was still in full swing. Lyndsey and Beau requested that the bridal party enter to Forever by Chris Brown and that she and Beau enter to All of the Lights by Kanye West ft. Rihanna. The first dance was My Best Friend by Tim McGraw and the bridal party joined in half way through. Beau's brother John made the blessing before the meal and the first of 4 courses was served. During the first course Marney and Tim (the maid of honor and best man) made 2 heart-felt speeches and then during the second course Lyndsey danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Beau danced with his mom to Remember When by Alan Jackson. Lyndsey and Beau did provide me with a short list of their favorite songs and they asked me to play up-beat top 40 songs along with some country, 80's, classic rock and 70's. It worked out great as the dance floor was full almost the entire evening. After the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss the dance floor was packed again until the end. This was truly a dream wedding for Lyndsey and Beau and it was very well planned by Violet of Absolutely Fabulous Affairs. It takes true professionals to pull off an amazing wedding like this one. The venue, the food, the decor, the music and the bride and groom were perfect that evening. Congrats to Lyndsey and Beau and to the entire Brackney, Jessup and McMillan families. Also a special thanks to the staff at the Boca Resort for there exceptional professionalism.
