On May 29th at The Bonnet House in East Ft. Lauderdale is where Holly Schmidt and Mike Lau celebrated their wedding outside under the blue sky in front of family and friends. As the guests arrived the bride and groom suggested steel drum music. The bridal party walked down the aisle to Sheep May Safely Gaze. Holly walked down the aisle to the sounds of Pachabels Canon in D. Once pronounced husband and wife by the Judge, together they walked back down the aisle to Hornpipe in D.
Cocktail hour was guitar music by Eddie B's very own Bo who played a large assortment of up to date artists on his guitars.
As cocktail ended, guests entered the main room under the tent where Lavender up lighting was the suggested color of the evening to create an awesome look. The requested grand entrance for the bridal party and the bride and groom was Soul Bossa Nova. The first dance song was Nobody But You by Blake Shelton and Gwen Steffani. Followed by father / daughter to First Man and mother / son to Just The Way You Are.
As the evening went on the guest dance to the suggested songs from the 70's, 80's and the top 40. As well as line dances where I got on the dance floor to teach them as the bride asked me to.
The final song of the evening was Donna Summers, Last Dance as the evening was very successful as they danced all night and then the following day the bride and groom text me to thank me for a great evening. Congrats from DJ Marc Evans.
