On Sept.10 th,2011 I played for a ceremony and reception at the Coconut Cove Resort in Islamorada. The happy couple was Michael & Missy Pachard. Family & friends walked on to the beach ceremony to Steel Drum music. The bridesmaids walked to "Canon In D(acoustic version)". Missy walked to "Over The Rainbow/Wounderful World" by IsraelKamakawiwo'ole with her dad. A sand ceremony took place also to the song "From this Moment" by Shania Twain. The recessional was the "Wedding March". For cocktail hour a mix of reggae and island music filled the air as guests enjoyed the ocean side view. After I introduced the newlyweds to their family and friends, a few toasts took place while the guests enjoyed a delicious buffet prepared by chef Pete and staff. A mix of Sinatra,Buble',Jack Johnson, Reggae and a few oldies were the choice for dinner. I invited the guests to the ocean side beach for a very special first dance along with a surprise fireworks display as the couple dance to "When God Made You" by Newsong w/ Natalie Grant. The Father/Daughter dance took place right after to "My Little Girl" by TimMcGraw. The Mother/Son dance took place after to "All To You" by D.J. Keo. Then it was party time...a mix of Country to M.Jackson to classic rock and oldies. This crowd came to dance under the stars. After a few mixes it was time to cut the cake to "Love & Marriage" by Sinatra. Best wishes to Michael & Missy as they had a last dance request to"I Cross My Heart" by George Strait.Thanxs.....Roberto (D.J./M.C.Rob)
