Saturday evening December 2nd, at the Coconut Palm in Tavernier, the Florida Keys is where the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for Taryn and Brandon DenDekker was held under the beautiful Florida sun then the gorgeous moon over looking the Gulf DJ Marc Evans of Eddie B & Company provided an unforgettable wedding day for Brandon and Taryn. The entire reception area was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights provided by Edie B & Company.
The ceremony took place on the beach with the groomsmen arriving by boat as I played the Final Countdown by Europa. The ladies of the bridal party walked down the aisle to Free by the Zac Brown Band and then then Taryn arrived and walked down the aisle to Marry Me by Train. Once pronounced husband and wife, Taryn and Brandon along with both of their dogs, walked back down the aisle to Hall and Oats, You Make My Dreams Come True.
Cocktail hour overlooked the Gulf with pictures taken as the sun went down as I played Elton Johns version of Don't Let The Sun Go Down along with Reggae, Steel Drum and plenty of Island Music and Jimmy Buffet.
Prior to the guests being seated for dinner, I asked the guests to make a circle on the sand as they held sparklers. I then introduced the bridal party to 24k by Bruno Mars. Then the sparklers were lit as I introduced Taryn and Brandon to Sugar by Maroon 5 as the sparklers lit up the night and crated an unbelievable atmosphere for the couple that was loved by many. The first dance was to Crazy Love by Van Morrison and then the father/daughter dance was to Daughters by Louden Wainright, followed by the mother/son dance to You've Gotta Friend by James Taylor.
Guests were then asked to be seated as the toasts were made by the best man and the maid of honor and then the food stations were open for all to enjoy. During dinner, I played a mix genre of Reggae, Top 40, Dinner Swing and many others to enhance the atmosphere of the dinner once again overlooking the Gulf on a moon lit beautiful evening.
Following the main course the party got started as we cut the cake to Come and Get Your Love by Redbone then a Happy Birthday to Grandma, followed by dancing on the sand under a moonlit night. I had members of the bridal party dancing behind me on the tables in front of me doing funky dance moves to the top artists of the night, Miley Cyrus, hip hop, Old Time Rock and Roll and booty music.
Taryn and Brandon both approached me at the end of the evening and were so pleased with the performance and music I played and explained to me they used me, DJ/MC Marc Evans and Eddie B & Company based off of a referral and were very pleased they did. The last song was Friends in Low Places as all of the family and friends danced all night long to the sounds of DJ Marc Evans of Eddie B & Company....
