Wedding and Reception at the Coconut Palm Inn / Tavernier

On Saturday, May 16th, 2015 I had the honor of DJing/MCing the Ceremony and Reception for Michael and Amy Alfano at the beautiful Coconut Palm Inn, in Tavernier, FL. Eddie B & Company also provided 25 wireless LED up lights (Cyan Blue & Lavender), which gave the venue a great ambience! The Ceremony took place along the beach, while the sun was beginning to set. The groomsmen arrived on boat to the song Lucky Man, by The Verve. Then, the Bridesmaids and Bride all walked down the isle to the song All I Want is You (Instrumental), by U2. After a lovely Ceremony, everyone walked out to the song One Love, by Bob Marley. For the cocktail hour, I played a mixture of easy listening from the 70s through today, per Amy’s request. For the introductions, I introduced the bridal party, bride and groom to the song Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay. I continued a similar mix into dinner service. After dinner, we kicked it into some dance music of Top 40 from the 70 through today. As the evening came close to an end, we did the bouquet toss to the song Fancy by Iggy Azela and the Garter Removal/Toss to the song Getting You Home by Chris Young. We ended the evening to the song Thank You, by Led Zeppelin and a packed dance floor. It was an honor to be apart of such a magical night. Congrats again to Amy and Michael! DJ/MC Eric Olsen
