Laura and Juan Garzon celebrated their wedding at the Coral Gables C.C. in Coral Gables, FL on 3/4/2016. The beautiful outdoor ceremony was witnessed by approximately 120 guests. Laura looked stunning as she walked down the isle with her Dad and Juan waited anxiously for his new bride. After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour in the lobby. I played a mix of tropical and latin tunes while the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber and pink colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 17 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Laura chose Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars for the bridal party intros and Sugar by Maroon 5 for her and Juan's intros. The first dance was to Que Me Alcance La Vida by Sin Bandera then Juan danced with his mom to Quien Tuviera La Dicha by Martin Cabello and Laura danced with her dad and brother to Te Lo Debo A Ti by Carolina Soto. The toasts were given by Yahaira (maid of honor) and Carlos (best man) then everyone found their seats for a 3 course dinner. Laura did not provide me with a play list but did request that I play to the crowd and to have fun with her guests. After dinner the dance floor filled up quickly. I played a mix of top 40, salsa, merengue, cumbia, vallenatos, reggaeton and bachata. The majority of the guests were Colombian and they love to dance!!! There was no garter toss but we did perform a bouquet toss and the happy couple cut their beautiful wedding cake. The final hour of the reception featured an "Hora Loca". Laura and Juan hired a company to come in and perform their native Colombian dances and a whole lot more. After the Hora Loca I played Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble and that was how this great wedding came to a close. Congrats to Laura, Juan and the entire Ramirez and Garzon families. Special thanks to the staff at the Coral Gables C.C. for their excellent service like always.
