Wedding at the Delray Sands Resort March 19, 2016
The Atlantic Ocean was the back ground for a wedding on the beach. It was raining as we arrived at the resort but Mother Nature was very kind and the sun came out for the wedding of Guido and Sabrina. Classic love songs played as guests started to arrive and made their way to chairs that were set on the beach for our beach wedding.
Israel Kamakawiwo ‘Ole "Somewhere over the Rainbow played as the Officiant led the groom, the groomsman and bridesmaid to the arch. Sabrina our bride was escorted by her father and stepfather as “Can’t Help Falling in Love with You” by Ingrid Michaelson played. After the exchange of vows our excited couple was greeted with cheers from family, friends as “Signed Sealed Delivered” by Stevie Wonder played.
While the cocktail hour was in full swing our couple and bridal party stayed on the beach for more photos. Guests enjoyed the cocktail hour while light music filled the air with selections such as “P.Y.T. “(Pretty Young Thing), “Two Tickets to Paradise”, “Margaritaville”, “Three Little Birds” and many more.
After the cocktail hour it was show time as we introduced the bridal party. The parents of the bride and groom were introduced followed by the groomsman, bridesmaid and of course our Maid of Honor and Best man as AC/DC “Thunderstruck” played. Our bride and groom entered to “I’m Alright” Kenny Loggins. P. Williams. As their first dance as husband and wife, Guido and Sabrina selected Adele “Make You Feel My Love”. Since we were in a dancing mood, the parents dance was next. We had a special mix for the Bride and her Father “Talladega then mix into “Gimme 3 Steps”. Our groom had a very emotional dance with his Mother to “Simple Man”. Our bride also danced with her stepfather to “Drive.”
Toasts to the bride and groom were given by the Best Man, Maid of Honor, and the Bride’s Father. The guests were treated to a beautiful meal followed by the cutting of the cake to the sound of “Sugar” by Maroon 5. Then it was time for the bouquet toss and all the single ladies were ready as “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” got them dancing.
Garter removal, bouquet toss and cake cutting behind us it was party time: with selections such as “Up Town Funk” Bruno Mars; “Billie Jean” Michael Jackson; “Miami” Will Smith; “Danza Kuduro” Don Omar feat. Lucenzo; “Vivir Mi Vida” Marc Anthony; and we ended the evening with “Don't Stop Believin'” Journey.
