Wedding and Reception at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel / Deerfield Beach

Nick and Samantha's wedding was held at the beautiful Double Tree by Hilton in Deerfield Beach, FL on Saturday, October 12th. The bridal party arrived early to take some pictures with the photographer just outside the hotel before the sun went down. Guests began to arrive shortly after 5pm to watch the two exchange vows. The bridal party and bride walked down the aisle to Canon in D Major by Pachelbel. The new Nick and Samantha chose I’m a Believer by Smash Mouth as their recessional song before leading the the bridal party and all their guests around the bar area for the cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour, the guests were invited into the grand ballroom to find their seats before I introduced the bridal party and the new Mr. and Mrs. Piedra. At the couples request, the room was illuminated with beautiful red uplighting to match the bridesmaid dresses and centerpieces. The newlyweds walked in to I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas and immediately joined hands in the center of the dance floor as they embraced each other and enjoyed their first dance to Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. Following the first dance of the newlyweds, I invited all the guests to join Nick and Samantha for a big family dance together on the dance floor to You’re My First My Last My Everything by Barry White. After dinner we did the Shoe Game where I asked the newlyweds a series of questions and they could only answer holding the shoe of their partner. After that it was a party for the rest of the night and everyone was dancing to a great variety dance party favorites. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Piedra.
