Who says that a full moon on Friday the 13th is bad luck???.
Not so for Angelina and Chris.
They were married at the beautiful Doubletree Biscayne Bay and yes.. it was a FULL MOON OVER MIAMI!
As the guests arrived for the wedding ceremony I was asked to play NEO-Classical music by the Vitamin String Quartet. They play contemporary songs "Ceremony " style. Very cool stuff.
When the girls walked down I played ""A thousand Years" Piano version by the "Piano Guys". Then Angelina walked down to "Canon in D". The ceremony went off without a hitch.
After the ceremony, I played "South Beach" style music during cocktail hour. It set the tone for a smooth evening.
When the main room opened, all of the guests could see the beautiful lavender LED up lights that draped the room provided by Eddie B. & Company!
I introduced the bridal party in with "Party Rock Anthem" and then Chris and Angelina came in to "Forever" by Chris Brown.
They immediately went into the first dance "Yellow" by ColdPlay. Then the father daughter dance "Your Song" by Elton John and "Because you loved me" by Celine Dion for the Mother/Son song.
After that we sat down for the toasts and dinner. Marianne and Daniel (Maid of Honor and Best Man) gave very nice speeches.
Now they started to serve dinner. I kept it very light "Rat Pack " style. At this time, we opened up the photo booth (provided by Eddie B & Company).
After dinner, we picked up the pace with some Top 40 hits. It was a very young crowd so there was no oldies at this party...
We then cut the cake. I played "Grow Old With You" by Adam Sandler. Chris and Angelina opted out of doing the garter and bouquet toss. Instead we did a "Generations" dance where the longest married couple wins a prize. They got to take the bride's bouquet home!
We then picked up the pace again and kept the party going till the end.
I played "Glad You Came" as the last song.
It was a great party!
