On Nov.11th,2011 I played at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort. The happy couple was Patrick & Kim Murphy. The ceremony took place outside with an ocean view featuring traditional ceremony music.Cocktail reception was outside as well, with the sounds of tropical music playing. As I introduced the wedding party the bride and groom danced a routine to their first dance song..."Stepping Out To Dance" by D.J. Kastade. The father/daughter dance was next to "Have I Told You Lately" by Rod Stewart, then the mother/son dance "In My Life" by The Beatles. After a few toasts and a sit down dinner, classic love songs played. The couple cut the cake later to the Beach Boys ,then it was party time. Being half latin and american crowd I played a list of Latin Music,Classic Rock,70's 80's 90's R&B/Rap and Top 40 Pop this fun crowd had a blast....By request the bride's birthday was the next day, along with a hand full of November birthday's I played "It's Your Birthday" by Uncle Luke.Guests also enjoyed the photo booth by "Sound Storms" and pictures by "Ivan Apeel Photography"...best wishes to Patrick & Kim......tha Roberto (D.J./M.C.
