Wedding and Reception at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort / Sunny Isles

On 8/3/13 Edgard & Jennifer Annoual had their ceremony/reception at the Double Tree Hotel in Sunny Isles N Miami.The ceremony took place indoors due to the rain in a small ballroom over looking  the beach. I provided the classical pre-lude music as family & friends were seated. The wedding party walked to "Jesus Joy of Man's Desiring" by Bach. Jennifer walked to "Canon in D" by Pachabel. The recessional was to the traditional "Wedding March". The cocktail hour took place after in the downstairs lobby foyer as I played a mix of steel drum music for all. The doors opened up to the reception hall with the sounds of low-key house music playing along with LED dance floor lights, and LED up-lights along the walls with an amber color...all from Eddie B & Company The introduction of the wedding party was to LMFAO "Party Rock Anthem. The bride and groom were introduced  to "Crazy In Love" by Jay-Z & Beyonce. The first dance took place after to "It's Your Love" by Tim McGraw & Faith Hill. The wedding party joined half way through the song. The bride danced with her brother Robert to "Unforgettable" by Nat King & Natalie Cole and half way through the song the groom joined in with his mother May. After a few toasts and a blessing dinner was served with the sounds of the "Ratpack" playing and some dancing. After dinner it was dancing time till the cutting of the cake to "L-O-V-E-" by Nat King Cole"....then the removal of the garter to "Hot In Here" by Nelly. Bouquet toss was to "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper...Garter toss to the "Rocky Theme" then "Mission Impossible Theme" for the lucky guests who caught them. This was a very mixed group so I played all genres of music ...From Haitian ..T-Vice...Sweet Micky...Kassav..NU-Look..to Latin...Elvis Crespo..Aventura..Daddy Yankee...along with Reggae's Mr.Varga...Chaka Demus...Sasha...Bennie Man...to classic rock/disco/country/dance and Pitbull..Bruno Mars and many more...What a fun crowd....From the beginning of dinner til the end the "Strike A Pose" photo booth from Eddie B & Company also provided fun for all...I ended the night with "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston by request....Best Wishes to Edgard & Jennifer...Enjoy your Bermuda Cruise....Thanks Roberto (D.J./M.C.
