Wedding and Reception at the Doubltree Hotel / Palm Beach Gardens

Jessica and Kevin Jupe tied the knot on a beautiful Saturday late afternoon at the Palm Beach Gardens Double Tree in WPB, FL on 2/22/2014.  The ceremony took place outdoors under a huge tent so all of the approximate 130 guests were very comfortable as they witnessed Jessica and Kevin recite their vows.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour while the happy couple posed for pictures on the hotel property.  Jessica and Kevin did get a chance to mingle with their guests at the cocktail hour before they were all directed into the ballroom for the reception.  The ballroom was decorated with 24 lavender colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  Jessica chose Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake for the bridal party entrance and Crazy In Love by Beyonce for her and Kevin's intro.  The first dance was to Lost Without You by Robin Thicke then Jessica danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Kevin danced with his mom to A Mother's Song by T. Carter.   May I say there wasn't a dry eye in the building. The toasts were given by Jennifer (maid of honor), David (best man) and Jessicas' mom and dad Mr. and Mrs. Gary and Maureen Odle.  Once everyone found their seats we invited then to a buffet style meal that was set up in a separate room.  Jessica did provide me with a great play list that included top 40, country, r&b, classic rock, booty, 90's hip-hop and 80's dance hits.  It was a perfect mix of music for this crowd.  Everyone got a chance to get on the dance floor and shake it up.  The highlight of the evening was performing the group dances and towards the end we danced to the Grease Medley that I got plenty of compliments for because it was everyone's favorite movie.  As the night progressed we had the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss in between all of the dancing.  The last song for the evening was Piano Man by Billy Joel.  All of the remaining guests made a big circle on the dance floor and sang out loud.  What an amazing way to end a perfect reception.  Congrats to Jessica, Kevin and the entire Odle and Jupe families.  Special thanks to the staff at the Double Tree for making everything run smooth that evening.
