Wedding and Reception at the Dream Bay Resort / Key Largo

Rebecca and Brett Clark celebrated their wedding at the Dream Bay Resort in Key Largo, FL on 3/27/2021.  Approximately 60 close friends and family members arrived to the resort that Saturday afternoon and were directed to the beachside ceremony.  After the happy couple tied the knot they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of tropical tunes.  I also took the time to decorate the dj/dance floor and reception/dinner tiki huts with 20 blue, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  For the grand entrance Rebecca chose Get Ready by 2 Unlimited for the 18 member bridal party intros and Space Jam by Quad City DJs for her and Brett's intro.  The first dance was to You Make It Easy by Jason Aldean then Rebecca danced with her dad to This Dance by Scott Thomas and Brett danced with his mom to I Hope You Dance by LeeAnn Womack.  The prayer before the meal was given by Brett's dad Mr. Bob Clark then Rachel (maid of honor) and Jeremy (best man) gave the toasts.  All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner.  Rebecca did provide me with a nice play list that included top 40, country favorites, old school hip hop and r&b and oldies.  Perfect mix of genres for this very excited group of guests.  They filled the dance floor after dinner and dance the night away as the evening progressed.  The cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss took place towards the ending of the wedding along with an anniversary dance to Then by Brad Paisley.  The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on a great Saturday night keys wedding.
